1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing telaris.cc or purchasing any Telaris service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. Your affirmative acceptance — via checkbox at purchase or at portal login — is required before any transaction is processed or network access is granted.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use any Telaris service. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Services
Telaris Connect offers time-limited guest internet access passes. Each pass grants non-exclusive, non-transferable network access for a stated duration and activates immediately upon payment confirmation. No uptime, speed, or continuous availability is guaranteed; pass duration is not extended due to outages or interruptions unless Telaris expressly agrees in writing.
Network Security Notice: Telaris Connect is a shared, open wireless network. Wireless communications are inherently susceptible to interception by parties outside Telaris's control, and no communication over the network should be considered private or protected. You are solely responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures — including encryption, VPN usage, and device security controls — to protect your device, accounts, and any data you transmit or receive while using the service. There is no warranty or guarantee regarding the coverage, speed, or quality of network access; actual performance varies by location, device, load, and other conditions outside Telaris's control.
Telaris may offer a complimentary Telaris Connect trial pass at its discretion. Trials are limited to one per device, carry no warranty or availability guarantee, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Telaris Commerce operates a merchandise resale storefront through our eBay seller account. Telaris is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands whose genuine products it resells.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Telaris network services to:
- Access, probe, or attack systems or networks without authorization
- Transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Resell, share, or transfer your access pass to any other person or device
- Interfere with other users or network infrastructure
- Spoof or modify your device's IP address or MAC address to circumvent network controls
- Transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other malicious code or software
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or chain letters to other users or through the network
- Collect, harvest, or record personal information about other network users without their consent
- Access the network under false or fraudulent pretenses, including by impersonating another person or entity
- Distribute or facilitate access to obscene, indecent, or unlawful content
- Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or tamper with network infrastructure, captive portal software, or any security controls
- Violate any applicable export control, sanctions, or trade restriction laws
Telaris may filter, block, throttle, or monitor traffic as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the network. Telaris may terminate access immediately and without refund for any violation of this policy. Violations involving unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate law enforcement.
Repeat Infringer Policy: Telaris will terminate network access of any user who is a repeat infringer of copyrighted works, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Telaris Connect: All pass sales are final. Connect passes are digital services that begin delivery immediately upon activation and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact contact@telaris.cc within 30 days of the transaction; we will investigate and resolve verified billing errors within 5 business days. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act, applicable state consumer protection statutes, or other applicable law.
Telaris Commerce: eBay purchases are governed by eBay's User Agreement and Money Back Guarantee. Telaris abides by eBay's policies for all storefront transactions.
Initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer without first contacting Telaris may result in denial of future service.
6. Cancellation
Telaris does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions. No cancellation is available after a Connect pass has been issued and activated.
7. Modifications to Terms
Telaris reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised Last Updated date and will apply prospectively to purchases made after that date. Continued use of our services after the revised Last Updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELARIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TELARIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WITH RESPECT TO TELARIS CONNECT SPECIFICALLY: TELARIS MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE COVERAGE, SPEED, OR QUALITY OF NETWORK ACCESS. TELARIS DOES NOT CONTROL THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS, SERVICES, WEBSITES, OR CONTENT ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICE. TELARIS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, ACCOUNTS, OR DATA ARISING FROM FILES DOWNLOADED, CONTENT ACCESSED, OR SERVICES USED WHILE ON THE NETWORK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELARIS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL TELARIS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS; THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Telaris LLC and its members, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services. Telaris will provide you with written notice of any indemnification claim promptly after it comes to Telaris's attention.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
This Section governs disputes arising from Telaris Connect and use of this website. Transactions completed through eBay are governed by eBay's User Agreement and are not subject to the venue provisions of this Section. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court without waiving this provision.
13. General
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Telaris regarding our services.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Telaris may assign its rights without restriction.
- Survival: Sections 8–12 and any accrued payment obligations survive termination.
- Force Majeure: Telaris is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
- Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Telaris. Failure to enforce any provision on any occasion does not waive the right to enforce it in the future.
- Notices: Legal notices to users will be sent to the email address provided at purchase or portal login. Notices to Telaris must be directed to contact@telaris.cc.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
- Contact form: name and email address you provide
- Connect purchases: payment confirmation data via Stripe — we do not store card numbers
- Network session data: IP addresses, MAC addresses, connection timestamps, and session duration, collected as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the network
- eBay orders: transaction data as provided through eBay's platform
How We Use It
To provide and maintain our services, process payments, respond to inquiries, enforce acceptable use, and maintain network security. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
Third Parties
Stripe processes payments under Stripe's Privacy Policy. eBay transactions are subject to eBay's privacy policy. We use no other third-party analytics or advertising services on this site. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Our payment processor and captive portal may set strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention purposes.
When you use Telaris Connect, you may access third-party websites, applications, and services over the network. Those third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies and may independently place cookies on your device, collect data about your activity, or otherwise process your information. Telaris is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party services accessed through the network.
Network Monitoring Consent
By purchasing a Connect pass and activating access, you expressly consent to monitoring of network traffic as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the service, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2511(2)(d). This consent is also obtained affirmatively at the time of portal login. Telaris reserves the right to monitor, intercept, and disclose network transmissions and session records when required to do so by lawful process, court order, subpoena, or warrant, or as otherwise necessary to protect Telaris, its users, or any person from harm.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services and satisfy legal obligations. Network session and connection logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless longer preservation is required by lawful process.
Your Rights
To request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact contact@telaris.cc. We may verify your identity before acting on any such request. California residents: this site does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. We do not sell personal information as defined under CalOPPA or applicable California law.
